Shipping and Return Policy

FamilyLife Shipping Policy


FamilyLife ships via UPS and USPS. (Standard shipping for items under 2 pounds is via USPS — all others will ship via UPS standard ground. A valid street address necessary for UPS delivery. If only a PO Box or APO addresses is available, items will be handled by USPS.) We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday are not shipped until Monday.

Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping options include next day or second day. For either option, please allow one day to process the order in addition to delivery time.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate one shipping address per order. If you would like to send multiple items to multiple addresses, please complete separate orders for each “Ship-To” address.

International Shipping:
Shipping charges (with the exception of Canada which ships via UPS Canada) will be computed and applied to the billing total once item is shipped. Most international orders take 6-8 weeks to be delivered.

Global Orders:
At this time we’re only able to ship to U.S. and Canada addresses. If you have a resource need outside of the U.S. or Canada, we would love to hear from you! We have ministry partners all over the world, and may be able to support your needs through one of them. Please fill out this form and one of our ministry representatives will be in touch with you.

Return Policy


For credit or refund, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.

Gift cards are excluded from our return policy and are nonrefundable.

Products returned must be in new condition, suitable for resale.

CDs, videos, and software must be in original packaging with seal intact.

Individuals/Churches

  • General products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Workbooks & manuals, purchased for an event you hosted, must be returned within 14 days of the event.

To return products:

1. Call 1-800-358-6329.

  • Confirm your return is eligible.
  • Obtain your RMA number.

2. Ship items to the address below

  • Include original packing slip.
  • Clearly mark the RMA# on outside and inside of package.

Distributors/Retailers

  • Refer to your agreement with FamilyLife® regarding returns and exchanges.
  • Please call your sales representative or email sales@familylife.com.
