J.T. English, PhD, serves as a pastor, professor, and is the author of Deep Discipleship: How the Local Church Can Make Whole Disciples. JT is passionate about seeing God glorified through discipleship in the context of the local church.
He is also a co-founder of Training the Church, a ministry focused on assisting ministry leaders develop a proven and sustainable discipleship framework for their context. He is also co-host for Knowing Faith, a podcast that explores basic Christian beliefs. He received his ThM in Historical Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and PhD in Systematic Theology from Southern Seminary.
Jen Wilkin is an author and Bible teacher from Dallas, Texas. She has organized and led studies for women in home, church, and parachurch contexts. An advocate for Bible literacy, her passion is to see others become articulate and committed followers of Christ with a clear understanding of why they believe what they believe, grounded in the word of God.
