Erin Smalley

Erin Smalley is a licensed counselor, author, and speaker, serving as a spokesperson for Focus on the Family’s marriage ministry. She co-hosts the Focus on Marriage podcast and has coauthored 12 books, including Reconnected. Erin and her husband, Dr. Greg Smalley, lead marriage enrichment seminars, equipping couples with practical tools for thriving relationships. A former labor and delivery nurse, she holds a Master’s in clinical psychology and is a proud mom of four.
