Day 1: Lisa Anderson, author of the Dating Manifesto, and host of "Boundless," offers five things the church must do when it comes to singles, including preaching and applying the gospel, providing space for fellowship and opportunities for intergenerational ministry, honoring singleness and marriage, and getting back in the business of making good matches.
Day 2: Author Lisa Anderson, director of young adults for Focus on the Family, fields questions from Bob Lepine, revealing what it's like being a Christian single woman trying to date in this culture. Ron Deal, director of FamilyLife Blended®, also joins in the conversation, giving advice to those who have been previously married and are ready to date again.
Day 3: Lamar and Ronnie Tyler, founders of the website "Black and Married With Kids" realized that making a blended family work was more difficult than they initially thought, but they were determined to persevere. Fed up with pervasive negative images of black marriages in the media, the Tylers tell why they started their website, which promotes positive images of marriage and family in the black community.
